Male version of an alien species I'm hammering out design wise. Had drawn this facing the left, before I decided to push out of my norm and have him facing right, instead. I really enjoy working on a long/thin canvas. |

REALLY cool style you got goin on here. Everything looks awesome. My only concern is that the front little bang hanging down is see through hair but the rest of his hair isn't. It'd be cool if you could see the back of his head like you can with his face if you know what I'm trying to say EDIT: AWESOME |

Thanks all for the input! I added some transparency to the back of his neck beneath his hair, hopefully that helps give the illusion of his hair being kind of see-through. |

The colouring here is really spiffy. For example, the very subtle highlights on the clothing patterns/folds, and the way you can see the face through the hair here. Not to mention the palette itself is really pleasing to the eye. |

This reminds me of the aquatic species from the anime series "Blue Submarine #6."
