I just love your faces and linework, it's just so fantastic I totally thought those bony hands belonged to the guy on the right, and I was seriously baffled for a minute.

as for this one, I love it <3 their expressions are just wonderful. The mummy/undead looking guy looks upset that he still has all his fingers :P

oh and the whole thing reminds me of the webcomic Looking For Group. I remember you drawing a few WoW oriented pics a while back, and I think you would love it if you aren't already reading it.

i like that this looks like it was taken from the middle of a story. like these are three 'people' on a journey somewhere. the detail in this is really great too

I love the look of your character here..I find it very cute..

In the animation, I really like where this was going about a third of the way in... and even halfway in, I liked it pretty well.... your final product here is really cute and I like it, but I wish you had kept going with one of those other concepts/coloring styles. Nice job with exploring new things though... sometimes it is really enlightening to just erase the whole thing and start over, as I see you did quite a few times! But man, I really liked it with the two little monster people. That was so cute.

I really enjoyed watching the animation, too. I'm a bit sad that the first face you were working on didn't pan out, I think that was definitely my favorite. I rather like the mottled look you went for - I guess it looks a bit more natural? Your monster girls are great :D

haha yeah, i liked the little guy too but i felt like he would add too much clutter. i couldn't get his position quite right either :(
and yes, while the glowing green eyes were fun, the clash of them compared to the orange and blue tones bothered me.

This is cool. I liked the other dude too but the composition is really cool with just the girl. I agree that the glowing eyes clashed, I like the dark green better.

i think the dodge and burn coloring makes it look a little sloppy but other than that i think its fine :)

I think the shading looks wicked cool on her tail-thing, but not as good elsewhere. The hair especially ended up with a really mottled weird look.

I actually love outlined shading, but I think it would have pulled everything together more if you had done that with all the shading, not just the bit on her face.

I like it. Dig the outlining of shadows. I think I'd like it a lot more if the lineart on her eyelashes and bangs of hair was cleaner - It would fit the neatness of the outlined shadows better. Right now it doesn't seem to match in style.

It's a bit premature to make a poster for your film when you're not even out of preproduction, but I couldn't resist since I've been drawing these characters in many miles of storyboard for the past month. But yeah, my new animated short film is supposed to be premiering in December this year. But still a lot to do - so much to do... the title is even just a work title, mind you. ;)
